Frequently asked questions
Does nomin follow Andorran regulations?
Yes. It calculates Andorran CASS and IRPF at the rates in force on each date and follows the Labour Relations Code for joiners, leavers and final settlements. The engine is tested against real payslips before every release.
Can I bring my data over from my current software?
Yes. Your workforce is imported from a CSV with employees, contracts and salaries, and nomin tells you what's missing before saving anything. Hours can also be imported from your time-tracking app.
What happens if I make a mistake in a payroll that's already confirmed?
A confirmed payroll is never touched. It is corrected with a regularisation: a payslip of differences, Before · Now · Difference, line by line, which the employee receives and signs like any other.
How do employees without a computer sign?
From their phone. They receive the payslip on the portal and sign it with a finger; they have seven days to review it and, if they spot a discrepancy, it reaches the director on the Home screen.
