Who counts towards the price?
Each employee with a payslip that month, in draft or confirmed, and only once even if they have two. Anyone without that month's payroll in nomin doesn't count, and there is no charge per user.
What happens if the workforce changes mid-month?
Anyone joining or leaving mid-month counts in full, with no daily proration. The count is made when the month closes and is stored with the invoice.
How do I pay, and how often?
Monthly, in arrears: in the first few days of each month we charge for the previous one, base fee and employees in a single charge and one invoice with IGI. There is no annual payment.
Can I change plan whenever I like?
Yes. Upgrading is immediate; downgrading takes effect on the 1st of the following month, and until then you keep the features. Nothing is deleted: whatever the new plan doesn't include becomes read-only.
Do I pay for the trial?
No. It's 14 days on Avançat, no card required, and any payroll you run during the trial isn't charged either: the first invoice is for the month after the trial ends.
