Data in the European Union
Database and files hosted in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest. Each employee's payslips, contracts and documents never leave the EU.
Each organisation, sealed off
Isolation happens at the lowest level of the system, not on the screen. Not even the application can bypass it: it connects with permissions that only see what the signed-in user can see.
Roles and two-factor authentication
Director, supervisor and employee see only what concerns them, and account roles separate those who administer from those who work. Two-factor authentication for those who manage.
Complete audit trail
Every change to salary, contract or permissions is recorded with its author and date, in a record that cannot be rewritten. Sensitive changes reach the director on the Home screen.
Tamper-proof documents
Every payslip and document is delivered with its digital fingerprint, and the signature is bound to it. A confirmed payroll or settlement cannot be edited: the correction is always a new regularisation.
AI with the bare minimum
When you ask Nomi, the model receives pseudonyms and figures. Each organisation chooses its provider and connects its own key, which we store encrypted.
Anyone can check it.
Every signed document carries a code. Enter it and you'll see which document it is, when it was signed and whether it is intact, without signing in.
